Booking

HOW TO BOOK…. PAY EITHER BY CHEQUE OR CREDIT CAR

Having confirmed availability with us in Bareges, as us for a booking form and we will send it via email to confirm your holiday with us a deposit of 50% of the total holiday price if 8 weeks before then the total amount is required. Pay either by french cheque, credit card or bank transfer if  you can call us with your credit card details rather than email them just for security of your card.

Upon receipt of your booking form we will take payment from your card send you our booking confirmation to the email address you have provided. The balance of your holiday costs must be paid 8 weeks before departure date, bookings made within this time must be accompanied by the full payment. All UK credit card payments are accepted in euros at the interbank exchange rate of the day this will be quoted on your booking confirmation after payment is taken.

Once a booking has been confirmed neither deposits nor insurance premiums are transferable or refundable.

Any Flights to be paid at time of booking, monies are not refundable.

For all guided activities and transport trips are included within the prices shown. If you are un-sure if transfers are not included or have not been pre-booked and paid for please don’t hesitate to call or email us to check.

Where transfers are not included in your holiday these are to be paid for in Bareges in euros either directly dependent on the activity.

INSURANCE

Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellation etc.
We strongly recommend that you have an E111 which enables most medical costs to be refunded through the social security system.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective from the date received. The following scale of charges will apply; 8 weeks and more 25% of deposit, no refunds 8 weeks and less 100%.

FINANCIAL PROTECTION

Les Sorbiers cannot be held responsible for any changes or cancellations to your holiday due to wars, threat of war, terrorism, industrial action, strikes, airport closures etc.
